Conditions of the program

  1. After submitting your payment you will receive a confirmation email with a registration form to be filled in
  2. Certificates will be handed out only to students who attend all lectures of the program
  3. Students are expected to comply with the rules and regulations set by the instructors, failure to comply could subject the student to expulsion from the program without any refunds, our main concern is your safety and the safety of everyone in the program
  4. Regarding Fees:
    - Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy, please read it
    - Fees mentioned do not include the Bank transfer or currency exchange fees.
  5. Full coverage of the airport pick-up depends on arriving at Sharm El-Shiekh airport within 24hrs before the program official start date. We can arrange for the pickup from different airports or on a different schedule for an additional fee
  6. If you are arriving with a group on the same flight, any additional cost, for the airport pick-up, will be divided over the whole group
  7. In the basic package, the included single fun-dive is limited to The lighthouse or The islands dive sites.
  8. If a check-dive is required because of having not dived for 6 months or more, it will be for an additional cost of 40€
  9. The entrance fee to the Blue-Hole is 10$ which is not included in the basic package

Application requirements

  • Filled online application form linked in the confirmation e-mail
  • Copy of current diving certificate/license. (for already certified divers)
  • Acceptable command of English language for proper communication
  • Proof of enrollment at your university (for undergraduates)
  • A digital scanned copy of your passport
  • Copy of your flight ticket

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation notice received on or prior to 60 days before the course start date, full amount will be refunded minus the transfer costs (Transfer costs to us and back are not refunded).
- Cancellation notice received on or prior to 30 days before the course start date, 50% of the full amount will be refunded minus the transfer costs. (Transfer costs to us and back are not refunded.)
- Cancellations within 30 days from the start date, no refund will be issued.
