Sharm El-Shiekh is the closest airport to our accommodation. it is 1 hour drive to Dahab and we provide direct pickup from there around the clock. Alternatively you can arrive at Cairo Airport. we will provide you with a pickup from the airport and a bus ticket to Dahab, just be minded that the bus journey takes on average 8 hours; therefore, coordinate with us your exact landing time so you will be able to catch our transfer plans.
If you are landing in Sharm El-Shiekh airport then the best time is to arrive in the morning of the first day of the program. We arrange airport pickups even if you arrive at 2am-4am; however, check in accommodation is usually at 12 pm. we usually try to have some spare rooms for rest and shower till check in but it is not always guaranteed. you can on the other hand book an extra night of accommodation if you are arriving a day early.
If you plan to land in Cairo airport, then please make sure your flight arrives before 8pm on the night before the program. We usually take the night bus to Dahab that leaves from Cairo at 11pm.
Any flight on the departure date of the program (last day) will be fine, the program ends the night before departure and we have a party on the last night in Sharm El-Shiekh, some people leave straight after midnight from Sharm, but accommodation for that last night is included, so you can go back to Dahab and spend the night there. You can even store your luggage and enjoy the village until midnight of the last day of departures. In our opinion, the departure day is a nice day to just relax on the beach and say goodbye to the sea in style. So it all depends on what is most convenient for you.
You only need to see the physician if you have any of the medical problems listed in the form. If not, then just fill it in yourself, send us a scanned copy and bring the hard copy with you to Dahab.
